Article 1 - Company information

Article 2 - Applicability
These general conditions apply to any offer from Camp Lamp and any distance contract concluded between Camp Lamp and consumers via the webshop www.camplamp.nl.
Article 3 - Offer and contract
The offer on the website is without obligation. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Camp Lamp.
The contract is concluded when the consumer places an order and receives a confirmation by e-mail.
Article 4 - Prices and payment
All prices on the website include VAT and exclude any shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is possible via iDEAL, Bancontact and credit card.
Orders are shipped only after full payment.
Article 5 - Delivery
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery takes place via PostNL (NL) or BEPost (BE).
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to revoke the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order without giving any reason.
After revocation, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.
Camp Lamp will refund the full purchase price including any original shipping costs within 30 days of receiving the return.
The return costs will be borne by Camp Lamp.
The product must be returned unused and in original condition.
Article 7 - Exclusion of right of withdrawal
Custom or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. (Not applicable to Camp Lamp at this time).
Article 8 - Warranty
All Camp Lamp products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.
Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or external factors.
Article 9 - Complaints
Complaints about the performance of the contract must be made within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, via klantenservice@camplamp.nl.
Camp Lamp aims to answer complaints within 7 working days.
Article 10 - Liability
Camp Lamp is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of data. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11 - Force majeure
Camp Lamp is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if this is prevented as a result of force majeure.
Article 12 - Applicable law
These conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the court of the domicile of Camp Lamp has jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
